The order you placed on the brand's website qualified for a rebate. Your rebate form will be available to print after the brand informs us your order has shipped. In addition, a link to print your rebate form will be included in the brand's shipping confirmation email.

Please click on Track Rebate and enter your order number and order date to access the Rebate Tracker. Follow the instructions in the Rebate Tracker for printing your rebate. All Rebate Forms must be mailed using USPS and USPS Signature Confirmation is suggested.

NOTE: Don't discard your product box(es) as the redemption process requires you to submit the Manufacturer's Proof of Purchase (found on the back or side of each product box).

To qualify for a rebate, you must include the original (no photocopies) manufacturer's proof of purchase indicated on the rebate form. The manufacturer's proof of purchase can be found on the back or side of your product box.

Ensure the order your received from the Brand's website is correct BEFORE you cut out the manufacturer's proofs of purchase.

Activating your RebateCard.com Visa Prepaid Card is easy.
Simply go to MyPrepaidCenter.com and enter your card number, expiration date , and security code.

Your Visa prepaid card will be mailed 12 weeks from the date your rebate form was received. Rebate processing requires multiple steps including fraud prevention, verification, and third-party issuing and mailing card.

Don't worry. Contact Card Services at 1-877-610-1075 and they will send you a new card.

The Visa prepaid card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, except for cash access, at ATMs, and at gas pumps. To use your card at gas stations, you must go inside to pay.

Select credit, not debit (even though the card says debit on the front). If a PIN has been created, then the card can be used as debit.

Your Visa prepaid card will expire 12 months from the date of issuance. Your card will expire after midnight EST on the last day of the month of the valid thru date printed on front of your card. An expired card cannot be replaced.

Don't worry. Immediately contact Card Services at 1-877-610-1075. If you call before the expiration date, you will be sent a new card with the remaining balance at the time of your call. Fees may apply.

Before initiating a claim, consider calling the merchant first, as they may resolve your claim faster (we may also require information from the merchant to process a claim, so contacting them directly may save you time). Additionally, please note that only posted transactions can be disputed (pending charges are temporary and may change), so if you have any immediate concerns about a pending charge, you may want to contact the merchant. You can typically find the merchant's contact information on your receipt or online statement.

Your rebate submission is entered into our system within 24 hours of receiving it. Your rebate form will be available to print after the brand informs us your order was shipped. You can check your rebate status anytime by clicking on Track Rebate and entering your order number and order date. You will receive an email notification when your rebate is received, approved and when you Visa prepaid card is mailed. Your Visa prepaid card will be mailed 12 weeks from the date your rebate form was received.
